Root any Android Device With One Click Using Framaroot

In the initial days of Android, one-click rooting methods were all the rage, and the norm when it came to rooting. Though the OS kept on becoming increasingly secure with each update, and in addition to that, device manufacturers as well as mobile carriers kept on adding stronger and stronger protection against exploits, making it harder to root. Nowadays, it is extremely hard to find a single one-click app that can root many devices, and users have to resort to methods specific to their particular phone or tablet. All that is set to change, thanks to XDA-Developrs senior member alephzain, who has recently releasedFramaroot – a one-click rooting app for a plethora of devices, both popular and obscure. And the best part is that you don’t even need to connect your device to your computer, run any commands, or flash any files for it. Let’s learn more about this impressive rooting tool and how it works, right after the jump.

What’s great about Framaroot is its extensive device support using the different exploits that it employs, as opposed to methods that can employ only one exploit, and are therefore suited for only certain few devices. Compatible devices include those sporting a range of Quallcomm, MTK OMAP 36xx, Samsung Exynos as well as some non-Exynos ones, Huawei K3V2 and potentially more. These include many famous devices such as the Samsung Galaxy S and Note series, LG Optimus series, Nexus 4, ASUS Transformer and Padfone series and Motorola Droid series, some that aren’t too famous in the US market but are quite popular in some regional markets, such as the Samsung Galaxy Y, several Huawei, Alcatel, Lenovo, ZTE, Meizu & Sharp devices, and countless others by manufacturers that most of us haven’t heard of, such as Parrot, Newman, Highscreen, ZOPO, THL, Texet, Jiayu, Fly, Explay and more. Procedure

Download the latest version of Framaroot from the XDA-Developers thread linked below.
Install the downloaded APK file on your Android device.
Run the app, and if one or more exploit available in the app can potentially root your device, they will be shown on the screen.
You will also see a menu on the screen that lets you decide whether you want to install Superuser or SuperSU after rooting, or unroot a device that’s already rooted. Superuser and SuperSU are both work great, and choosing between them is a matter of personal preference, so select whichever one you want to install.
Tap any of the available exploits to try rooting your device with it. You will get a prompt telling you whether rooting was successful or not. If it failed, try one of the other available exploits.
Once you get the prompt that your device was successfully rooted, simply reboot the device.
